About the event
Organized by CEsA researcher Fernanda Ilhéu, the event will address China’s new “dual circulation” economic development paradigm, which is already underway and creates challenges and opportunities for which Portuguese economists, managers, entrepreneurs and investors must be prepared. The new paradigm will deepen China’s supply-side structural reform and innovate its production modes to provide high-quality products and services, and strive to become a strong magnet for global resources and factors of production. In a mutually reinforced synergy, it will promote the coordinated development of internal and external demand, imports and exports, internal and external investment, with the internal market as one of the pillars.
