| Nota biográfica | Luis Mah é docente no Mestrado e Doutoramento no Programa em Estudos de Desenvolvimento na Lisbon School of Economics and Management (ISEG/ULisboa). Foi Diretor no Centro de Estudos sobre África e Desenvolvimento (Gestão 2021-2023) no CSG/ISEG/ULisboa. Foi diretor da Campanha do Milénio das Nações Unidas (UNMC) e da Chamada Global para a Ação Contra a Pobreza (GCAP) em Portugal. Trabalhou como Analista de Políticas Públicas na área da Finança Ética na ONGD Oikos e foi membro da direção executiva da ONGD TESE e da Transparência e Integridade – Associação Cívica, representação em Portugal da TI-Transparency International. Tem um doutoramento em Estudos de Desenvolvimento pela LSE-London School of Economics and Political Science (Londres, 2004), um mestrado pela Universidade de Yonsei (Seul, 1996) e uma licenciatura em Comunicação Social pela Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Lisboa, 1993). |

| Short Biography | Luis Mah is a professor in the Masters and Doctoral Program in Development Studies at the Lisbon School of Economics and Management (ISEG/ULisboa). He is a Former Director of the Centre for African and Development Studies at CSG/ISEG/ULisboa (2021-2023 Term). He was director of the United Nations Millennium Campaign (UNMC) and the Global Call for Action Against Poverty (GCAP) in Portugal. He worked as a Public Policy Analyst in the area of Ethical Finance at the NGDO Oikos and was a member of the executive board of the NGDO TESE and of Transparência e Integridade – Associação Cívica, the Portuguese representation of TI-Transparency International. He holds a PhD in Development Studies from the LSE-London School of Economics and Political Science (London, 2004), a Master’s degree from the University of Yonsei (Seoul, 1996) and a degree in Social Communication from Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Lisbon, 1993). |
